The client bought the property for the pole barn and not the house. He does custom automotive painting and knows his paint, but wanted refinished hardwoods and a paint color consult before his August wedding and new wife moves in. It had some great trim and doors but rough and dingy hardwood floors. It was a four-day, 700 square foot transformation.
